High temperture ceramic deep groove ball bearings

Full ceramic bearings provide corrosion, thermal, and electrical resistance with good load and speed capacity in a light weight compact size with service up to 2192 °F that can operate without lubrication that would degrade under extreme conditions.

6000, 6200, and 6300 FZR, FSN and FSC Series Bearings

  • Service from -80°F to 2192 °F, depending on series
  • Maximum speed: up to 17640 RPM (dependent upon bearing size)
  • Lubrication: Operate for long periods without lubrication in extreme conditions, under 750 °F dry carbon lubrication can be applied
  • Corrosion Resistance: Resists acids, bases, mineral salts, organic salts, sea water and will never rust.
  • Non-magnetic/Non-conductive: prevents electrical arcs and sparking, will not gather contamination caused by magnetization
  • Capacity in a small package: When compared to high temperature sleeve bearings, they offer increased load capacity and far higher speed operation in a smaller size
  • ABEC-1 precision with tight internal clearance: Precision at high temperature
  • Full Ceramic Construction: No components or lubricants that will degrade at high temperature.
  • Weight: 70%-40% lighter than bearing steel. Si3N4 bearings offer the greatest weight savings and highest RPM service
  • Manufactured to ISO standards for deep groove ball bearings, interchanges with any standard duty bearing
